In many cultures the first 30 to 40 days after birth a mother receives nurturing care, blessed food and gentle yet deep healing practices to help her body heal and promote a deep bond with baby.🌹

This package includes
🌹 3 sessions of 3 hr postpartum doula care

🌹 2 energy healing session for mama while baby sleeps and is care for by papa with foot soak

🌹 1 herbal care package. We will discuss which products are best for you. Can include nipple butter, sitz bath herbs, tea for healing, lactation tea, sleep tea, salve for scar tissue etc.,

🌹 3 nourishing food drop offs one a week with healing teas and broth. Deeply nourishing meals with snacks. We discuss the menu before birth
